NavPods were developed as mounting solutions on board both Sail and Power-boats for the always changing world of Marine Electronics. The in-house design and engineering department at Ocean Equipment, equipped with SolidWorks, SURFCAM and three CNC machines, has allowed the company to design and de-velop a wide range of NavPod Instrument Housings.
Working closely with all major Marine Electronic manufacturers we strive to offer NavPods for most popular elec-tronics on the market today. But in the fast moving world of Marine Electronics, it is sometimes hard to keep up with all the latest offerings. If you don’t see a NavPod for your electronics, you may have to opt for one of the Un-Cut models offered and cut it to fit your needs. |

The Latest in Industrial Design
Built to complement the latest in Marine Electronics. Double Seal for Watertight Integrity Outer silicone seal is complemented by an internal seal made of memory resistant urethane foam gasketing that keeps its shape and sealing ability for many years.
Polished Stainless Steel TamperProof Fasteners
Buttonhead style screws have deep wrench recesses for better tightening power. UV stable polyurethane washers under each fastener improves sealing and holding power of fasteners. A long 6” tamperproof wrench is provided for easier assembly.
Pre-Cut Models
Cut with precision on computer controlled CNC machines. Comes with a Flush Mount Kit, which includes the specific gasket and mounting hardware for your electronics if not supplied by manufacturer with the display.
Un-Cut Models
Available in flush front that is easier to cut into with handheld cutters or recess front models that protect edges of electronics once they are mounted within.

for 9.5" & 12" Wide Pedestal Guards
Un-Cut NavPods allow you to choose your own layout for mounting electronics that NavPod doesn’t provide a Pre-Cut for. The face of the NavPod can easily be cut with a “Rotozip.” It’s a small handheld router-style cutter that shreads the material while cutting. This eliminates any melting of the plastic material.
It is important to note that when selecting an un-cut NavPod, the depth measurement stated in the chart is the overall outside measurement. Actual internal depth may be reduced by curvature from the design or molded indents. This needs to be considered when making a determination of actual available depth clearance.
